Window Cleaning Restoration
In most cases, first time cleanings consist of windows which haven't been professionally serviced in 6 months to a year or longer. Within this amount of time windows develop a heavy residue of dirt, grime, mineral deposits and sometimes hard water stains. With these types of conditions we will do a full restoration on your windows including applying a restorative agent on the exterior of the glass which finds its way into the small pores of the surface dissolving all the heavy buildup including deposits and hard water damage. After the restoration is complete we then wash the inside and outside of the window including all framework and inside ledges. This service also includes removal of any paint found on the interior and exterior of the glass.
Track Cleaning
An extra service which can be added to your standard window wash is a track cleaning. With this service we will open your windows We will then scrub out any dirt, debris or cobwebs that are present in your tracks. Some companies will include this as part of there regular window service but we find it better to separate them and charge less for a basic clean. This is beneficial for people looking for a more cost effective yet efficient clean.
Screen Wash and Sealing
An extra service which can be added to your service is screen wash and sealing. This service is available for window screen or slider door screens. First we wash your screens thoroughly which removes all dirt and debris from the screen and surrounding frame. After the screen dries we then apply sealer which creates a protective coating keeping it cleaner longer while also restoring the screen's natural color.
Pressure Washing
